Before you book
Can you repair loose joints in my home or must items go to the workshop?
Minor repairs such as loose drawer runners or small veneer chips can be addressed on site in Manchester. Complex structural joint repairs and clamped re-glues require our Dale Street workshop benches.
How do you provide a repair quote?
Send clear photographs of the furniture piece and close-ups of the broken joints. We supply a fixed written price covering timber, adhesives, and workshop labour.
What payment methods do you accept for completed jobs?
We accept cash on delivery or direct bank transfer once the completed repair has been inspected and approved by you.
What happens if a repaired joint moves or loosens after delivery?
All joinery repairs include a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If an assembled joint loosens under normal use, contact us and we will collect and re-clamp it at no charge.
