Frequently Asked Questions
Here are direct answers about how we repair timber, quote projects, and work in your home or premises. If you need details on your specific timber, call or send photos.

Can you repair loose joints in my home or must items go to the workshop?
Minor repairs such as loose drawer runners or small veneer chips can be addressed on site in Manchester. Complex structural joint repairs and clamped re-glues require our Dale Street workshop benches.

Send clear photographs of the furniture piece and close-ups of the broken joints. We supply a fixed written price covering timber, adhesives, and workshop labour.
